Even in a quiet, beautiful place, it’s hard not to let your mind wander back to all the shit in the world right now... Maybe a good book to escape into? Or some enjoyable hobby project that will take your full attention while you’re in it?
I still allow myself a LEGO set every once in a while. Brick therapy is a real thing...
